Last week Woodkid’s first EP ‘IRON’ was released. Woodkid is Yoann Lemoine, previously known for his career as a video director (he produced for Yelle, Moby and more recently Katy Perry for ‘Teenage Dream’). Without neglecting his video projects, Woodkid decided to devote himself to music as well. He is currently working on his album, which will include some surprising collaborations. Expect an album filled with melodic folk influenced songs.
With his background, it won’t be a surprise that the video for the song Iron, is a brilliant one, made by Woodkid himself. It features Agyness Deyn, owls and horses, keys, and knights of different eras. Curious? Check the video above.
