Flanders Fashion Institute (FFI) tradtionally released a ‘Guide to Belgian Fashion’ in print during Paris Fashion Week. According to journalists and purchasers, this was a useful and coveted tool. But in the meantime travelling light has become the standard and paper guides are proving less popular. That is why FFI has come up with an app for Paris Fashion Week AW13. This app is designed to guide those who are interested to the shows and showrooms of Belgian designers.

The app incorporates the complete show calender, with primary focus on the Belgian designers. It also contains a list of the showrooms and its locations, and the contact details of press and sales representatives. A metro guide and news section complete the app. Both iPhone and Android users can download the app for free at iTunes, Google Play, and www.ffi.be. ‘Guide to Belgian Fashion’ is being launched during Paris Fashion Week, but will be updated in autumn with the details of the Belgian designers at London, Berlin, New York Fashion Week.
